Membership Rates
As a membership based Direct Primary Care Practice, patients pay a monthly membership fee and receive primary care services. This is similar to a gym membership whereby the membership rates do not change based on utilization. Monthly membership rates are based on age. There is a one time initial family enrollment fee of $125. Crossbridge DPC does not accept insurance.
