Memorial day often signals the end of school, graduation parties, pool openings and cookouts. Please be very safe, think twice, and enjoy the freedoms of this country!

Please take time to pray for military families and reach out to those you may know. As you can imagine, military life is not easy, and I cannot even imagine adding the loss of a loved one into that sacrifice. If you have lost family, as an Officer in the Military, I wholeheartedly express my sincerest thanks for allowing them to serve this country and I pray for comfort that surpasses understanding surrounds you and your family.

In this newsletter, I am sending out my dates when I will be at my Air Force commitments this summer, as that is when I am needed most, and vacation. I WILL usually have some access to Wifi and phone, but this communication could be limited on specific commitments.

Lastly, we are not accepting new patients for membership over the summer. Potential patients may fill out the waitlist form. We anticipate adding new members in August.

Crossbridge DPC is expanding the number of allergens we test for in the Multi Panel Outdoor Allergen test in July. We will soon be testing Cattle, Feathers and Horse allergies as well as expanded trees and mold.
|
|
Before we make the shift to the new allergen panels, we will run a MEMBER ONLY Special using the previous allergen panel.

ALLERGY TESTING & TREATMENT
The Multi-panel outdoor allergy test included trees, weeds, grasses, molds, mites, and various animals.
|
Sublingual immunotherapy, also called allergy drops, works like allergy shots by gradually helping your body tolerate whatever causes your allergies. The difference is instead of getting an injection, the antigen (allergy causing substance) is given under your tongue in a painless liquid drop form.

- Take at home, or wherever you are, three times daily. No weekly office visits needed.
- Custom prescription based on your history, exam, and allergy testing.

Pinch of Dried Peppermint Leaves or Fresh Crushed Peppermint to Garnish

Place Lemon Juice and Sugar in a large mug. Pour Boiling water into mug and mix until sugar is dissolved or honey incorporated.
|
Hibiscus and mint can be added to a tea strainer or Coffee filter sachet ( place in a coffee filter and fold sides in, then top down and staple) in a separate large Mug. Pour boiling water into mug and let it steep for 3 minutes.
|
Pour both the lemonade and Hibiscus over the ice in the pitcher. Stir to incorporate. (Although it does look pretty if served separated)

This a perfectly refreshing drink for hot summer days!
